Foster Grandparent Program
Do You Enjoy Helping Children?
Would you like to make a difference in a child's life? The Foster Grandparent Program is currently recruiting volunteer "classroom Grandmas and Grandpas".
These volunteers would serve in local schools and Head Start programs in the WEST BAY AREA.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a LOVE to share with children
- 55 years of age and older.
- Be willing to serve a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Have an annual income within current federally established guidelines
**EFFECTIVE 4/1/2023: You will receive a Federal Tax-Free Stipend of **$4.00/per hour plus travel reimbursement cost per mile
